 General

I, the buyer, understand that I am buying a purebred German Shepherd.  This dog has been bred to have a lot of drive which will require the dog to be trained and worked for the dog to be happy. This dog has generations of champions and working titles in it's bloodlines. If raised and trained properly the dog will have extremely solid nerves and a high capacity to handle stress and will be confident in any situation. Socialization and exposure to different people and environments is crucial to the development of the dog.

I highly recommend crate training your puppy. This is the easiest way to house train your dog. It is also a safe place for your puppy to stay when you are not at home or when you are entertaining.

I also recommend that you research the Schutzhund training method. This will teach you how to raise and train a sound and reliable dog that will protect it's family but is not a vicious uncontrollable dog that is not safe.
This will be an activity that you and your dog will enjoy and could possibly be a sport in which you may want to compete in.

Please feel free to contact us for information on training etc. and let us know how you and your dog are doing.

Thank you
